​Habitat for Humanity South Australia brings communities together to build strength, stability and self-reliance through shelter. The energy, generosity and commitment of our volunteers are central to making this work possible.

Through our Brush with Kindness program, you can join a local volunteer project that supports people in need. No experience is required—just a willingness to help. You can assist with repairs, landscaping, and maintenance for people in community and crisis accommodation, making a meaningful difference where it is needed most.

You can also volunteer with our social enterprise, ReStore, in retail and merchandising, furniture repair and restoration, or the collection and delivery of goods. ReStore helps fund Habitat’s programs, including Brush with Kindness and the Affordable Homes Program.

 

​We also welcome volunteers with skills in communication, marketing, graphic design, web development, or administration.
